Install electron microscopes in EMEA by;Supporting the preparation steps of your upcoming assignmentComplete the installation and setup of our sold equipment from move-in to customer acceptanceWork with 3rd party contractors to ensure a smooth installation progress

Give our customers the best possible install experience on their newly installed equipment with clear communication and good technical skills

Collaborate with customers to resolve their specific needs and requirements

Cultivate and develop positive working relationships with Thermofisher Scientific colleagues and customers assuring the highest level of customer experience.

Offer & seek technical assistance and guidance throughout the installation and operation process with colleagues and supporting departments.

Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and resolving any issues

Timely and accurate recording of your activities. Document the work done and works according to standard operating procedures.

Job Requirements :

Proven experience in Installing high-end equipment or a related field (Electron Microscope and / or vacuum knowledge is a pre)
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in mechatronics, mechanical / electrical / electronic, or any equivalent engineering major.
Willingness to learn and fast-track your Installation career
Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Eager and quick learner with an enthusiastic and hands-on mentality
Highly motivated to go for the goals set and take on the challenge at hand
Able to obtain a valid passport and travel frequently as required up to 80%
Must have a valid driver's license.
IT skills in Microsoft Windows and Office environments.
Good English language skills in word and writing.
Ideal location for this job is around Eindhoven (Netherlands) , Brno (Czech), South- Germany, France.
