About us

Optiml is fast-growing startup with a mission to decarbonise real estate as “the trusted software provider for sustainable and profitable real estate portfolios”. We spun out of ETH Zurich in fall 2022 and raised our $1.6m pre-seed from top-notch US & EU funds : Innovation Endeavors (San Francisco – fund of former Google CEO Eric Schmidt) and Planet A (Berlin). In short : although we’re only 1.5 years old, we’re getting a lot of interest, and we’re at the stage where we need more entrepreneurial and talented colleagues to join our team.

Optiml is revolutionizing real estate with our Real Estate Decision Intelligence (REDI) software—a new category of AI-powered technology that helps decarbonize buildings while optimizing asset performance.

The AI-powered platform bridges the gap between the asset, portfolio, and sustainability levels, simplifying a manager's complex decision-making when decarbonizing and prioritizing investment in assets and portfolios, down to Optiml develops renovation action plans on the component & system level, considering individual targets, as well as ensuring regulations.
