JOB DESCRIPTION :
The On Trade Sales Manager Switzerland is leading the Horeca / Gastronomy team and will report to the Country Manager Austria & Switzerland.
You will be responsible for the Swiss On Trade strategy, the yearly negotiations, and, daily follow-ups with the existing Wholesaler (WHS) base as well as extending the network, driving distribution and growing our volume through all relevant On Trade channels.
You will have monthly meetings with the different stakeholders to monitor the on trade performance and campaigns and ensure you match or even outperform the budget.
You will be leading a sales force team dedicated to the gastronomy channel with clear target setting and daily contact and follow-up.
Tasks : Wholesalers
Wholesalers
- Yearly negotiations with the existing base and extending the network
- Set up and ensure an annual promo planning
- Ensure listing of new to-be-introduced SKUs
- Monthly meetings to discuss performance
- Track performance versus plan and initiate additional activities to ensure budgeted results are delivered
- Discuss campaigns or joint marketing initiatives to increase performance
- 30% of travelling within Switzerland to visit the different Partners
Sales force
- Lead the sales force team in Switzerland
- Closely monitor, guide and develop the team
Profile :
- Bachelor’s / Master's Degree, preferably in Business Administration / Economics
- At least 3+ years of Horeca / commercial experience preferably within FMCG sales
- Mandatory languages : German, French and English
- Experience in leading your own team
- Has strong analytical skills and experience using Microsoft Office (mainly Excel)
- Analyse Volumes and performance reports and take adequate actions with customers
- Target driven and a dream big mindset
- Willing to go the extra mile to deliver the results
- Takes ownership of projects and shows flexibility and initiative to achieve goals
- Knows how to manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders
