For our client, a leading production company in the cannabis cultivation sector, we are seeking a motivated and experienced Production Process Supervisor (m / f) for a permanent position, starting immediately or by arrangement.

Your Responsibilities :

• Lead and oversee daily production processes, including trimming, packaging, and quality control
• Ensure the proper functioning of all equipment and machinery
• Supervise, support, and mentor production staff
• Ensure compliance with company standards, legal regulations, and industry best practices
• Document production activities and report to management
• Identify potential risks in production workflows and implement preventive measures
• Collaborate with other departments, particularly Quality Assurance, Cultivation, and Compliance
