You will report directly to the CCO and have a key role in the organization as an HR Generalist. Your responsibilities include : HR Tasks (70%)
- Primary point of contact for local employee inquiries on all HR-related topics
- Management of the entire employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding
- Supporting employees' needs and concerns while fostering a positive and engaged work environment
- Coordination of employee benefits, compensation, and payroll processes
- Support for performance reviews, employee development, and training initiatives
- Ensuring compliance with local labor laws and company policies in HR matters
- Point of contact for authorities, coordination of legal documents, and ensuring compliance with local regulations
General Office Tasks (30%)
