You will report directly to the CCO and have a key role in the organization as an HR Generalist. Your responsibilities include : HR Tasks (70%)

  • Primary point of contact for local employee inquiries on all HR-related topics
  • Management of the entire employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding
  • Supporting employees' needs and concerns while fostering a positive and engaged work environment
  • Coordination of employee benefits, compensation, and payroll processes
  • Support for performance reviews, employee development, and training initiatives
  • Ensuring compliance with local labor laws and company policies in HR matters
  • Point of contact for authorities, coordination of legal documents, and ensuring compliance with local regulations

General Office Tasks (30%)

  • Coordination of office facilities, maintenance management, event organization, and budget monitoring
  • Oversight of office operations, office supplies and systems management, handling correspondence and documents
  • Planning and organizing office activities / travels, and providing back-office support
  • Successfully completed qualification in HR
  • Several years of work experience in Switzerland as an HR Generalist or similar role
  • Strong expertise in local HR regulations, company policies and processes, as well as compliance requirements
  • Previous experience in a multinational, fast-paced, and cross-functional environment
  • Fluent in (Swiss) German and English
  • Proficient in MS Office and affinity for systems
  • Open and communicative personality, able to interact at all levels of an organization
  • High degree of discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information
  • Efficient problem-solver with excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • Initiative and proactivity combined with the ability to develop and improve processes
