Hardware & Software Procurement
- Order laptops / PCs and new‑hire kits
- Purchase peripherals
- Recommend hardware when needed
- Track purchase orders, delivery ETAs, GSR receipts
- Obtain supplier quotes
Asset Management
Track and document all assets (laptops, PCs, AV devices)Update device ownership, custodian changes, cost center transfers, retirementsManage device recycling and decommissioningVIP Support
Provide high‑quality IT support to executives and executive assistantsAssist with Outlook, Teams, device issuesProvide printing supportEvent & AV Support
