Home office :

  • For residents in European Countries 1 day (social security reasons)
  • for residents in Switzerland at least 2 days.

Tasks

What you can do for a difference :

  • Serve as the primary technical contact for semiconductor industry clients, addressing all product-related inquiries.
  • Manage the full product lifecycle, including development, customization, pricing, and documentation.
  • Align product roadmaps with client needs to meet current and anticipated market demands.
  • Lead and execute corporate strategy by collaborating with global, cross-functional teams.
  • Drive cost-saving and product optimization initiatives, achieving annual profitability targets.
  • Support sales efforts through technical guidance in customer acquisition and negotiations.
  • Oversee and implement customer-specific updates across supply chain and production, ensuring compliance with industry standards and directives.
  • Requirements

    What you can bring on board :

  • Master’s degree in engineering, sciences, or a related technical field; additional studies in economics or marketing are an advantage.
  • Solid background in product or account management, particularly within matrixed or multinational organizations.
  • Proven experience in business development in B2B environments, ideally within the semiconductor industry.
  • Strategic thinking with a strong understanding of high-tech project management and client needs on a global scale.
  • Fluent English with strong skills in negotiation and technical communication.
