Quality Engineer

Position Responsibilities :

• Test design, test case development and test execution for assigned user stories working on a scrum agile squad / s and liaise with value stream key stakeholders, including product owners, delivery leads, business users, in providing resolution to reported defects, analyze business process workflows and support root cause analysis or participate in working session where applicable
• Maintain consistent processes and templates, documentation and audit requirements, and testing tools and strategies while engaging on and challenging requirements while designing and supporting test solutions based on technical knowledge of applications.
• Support a wide variety of systems from a quality engineering perspective, environment issues triage and resolution management while remaining current on industry quality engineering standards, technologies, approaches, and methodologies.
• Consistently apply the concept of continuous quality engineering and / or agile process improvement, Support user acceptance testing and if needed, provide extended hours support when required.
