Your Role & Responsibilities

We are seeking a Funds Operations Manager (Associate) who will support BlueEarth fund vehicles' service providers and associated fund-level deliverables. The successful candidate will independently oversee and push process improvement with the fund vehicle service providers (administrator, bank accounts, hedging, financing, etc.) and their associated deliverables. In this position you will work with internal and external stakeholders, as well as represent BlueEarth and its fund vehicles.The position reports to BlueEarth's Group Operations Manager in the CEO Office and your responsibilities will include :

• Manage and oversee fund-level service providers :

Manage core fund-level third-party service provider relationships including AIFM, administrator, depository, and bank accounts

Fee & rebate management : calculation oversight & review with third-party administration providers and

Maintain, develop, and document processes, deliverables and related directives & policies (e.g. Recharging Policy, Cash Management Policy)
