You will provide administration support to the Head of HR, ensuring that all processes are handled in a timely and accurate manner.
Moreover, you will be able to develop in fast-paced and dynamic, start-up like, environment.
- Assist with the recruitment and interview process and with new employee hiring process
- Provide support for onboarding and offboarding of employees
- Support Payroll functions
- HR Administrative Tasks
Nous recherchons
- Swiss HR Assistant Certificate
- A minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in a similar position within a company based in Switzerland
- Good working knowledge of Swiss social security and insurance, Swiss employment law, etc.
- Proactive attitude, organized, ability to work under pressure, Excellent attention to details
- Languages : French (native), English (fluent)
