Job Title : Contract Manager

Job Location : Zurich, Switzerland

Main Responsibilities :   The Contract Manager is in charge of management and operations from aspects including profitability / commercial models / clauses / risks / competition concerning customers.

• Design commercial solutions, reply to commercial bids, or draft contracts
• Act as a chief negotiator for sales contract, assume responsibilities for negotiation tactics production and implementation, and establish partnerships with customers medium-level managers
• Take part in SDT (Sales Decision-making Team) operations management, and participate in the reviews of and support decision-making on regional-level key complex projects
• Organize all the functions to identify risk and develop risk mitigation plan in pre-sales phase, manage the risk and dispute during fulfillment phase
• Monitor the execution of company process in project operation and optimize the process in accordance with business and internal control requirement
• Tracking, analysis, administration of conditions and obligations of the contract to ensure contract compliance, identify and manage the change opportunity during the contract fulfillment phase
