We are

looking for a Senior Requirements Engineer / Systems Analyst to

support the creation of a harmonized product range requirements

framework across mechatronic products and software platforms

(mobile, cloud, OS).

Your

Impact

Consolidate and

structure conflicting requirements into clear, scalable, and

reusable designs.

Work

closely with interdisciplinary stakeholders to align business and

technical needs.

Apply UML

modeling and best practices to ensure traceability and modular

design.

Drive migration

from Jira to Codebeamer and support requirements management

processes.

Your Profile

Degree in

Software Engineering, Mechatronics, or Engineering (ETH / Technical

University).

5–8 years of

experience in requirements engineering, stakeholder management,

UML, and modular

design.

3–5 years of

experience in software engineering and ALM / requirements

tools.

Fluent in English,

German is a plus.

Strong

consulting mindset, independent thinking, and analytical

skills.
