We are seeking a proactive Medical Affairs Associate to support European and international Medical Affairs activities for a pharmaceutical company. This is a junior-level contract role suited to candidates with a scientific background who are looking to gain experience in Medical Affairs. The position offers exposure to congresses, cross-functional projects, and medical systems, with the opportunity for longer-term growth.
Your Tasks :
- Manage administrative processes within Medical Affairs, including contracts, supplier onboarding, and sponsorship requests in internal systems.
- Support congress preparation and execution : organising logistics, coordinating materials, and liaising with commercial, legal, and regulatory teams on visuals and messaging.
- Assist in the review and approval of medical materials within compliance systems.
- Provide project management support, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.
- Collaborate across global teams to ensure aligned execution of projects.
- Work closely with Medical Affairs leadership on planning, budgeting, and reporting.
- Contribute to business and strategic discussions under supervision, while gaining exposure to cross-functional decision-making.
Your Profile :
Degree in Life Sciences (Pharmacy, Biology, Medicine, or related field.First experience in Medical Affairs or pharmaceutical industry (internship or 1–2 years ideal).Strong organizational and project management skills; able to work independently.Flexible, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to adapt in a dynamic environment.Willingness to travel occasionally (10–20%).Please apply directly online with your CV.
