Specialist Sales Support (f / m / d)

Responsibilities :

Collaboration as part of a Sales Team in various projects at regional level as well as within the organization

Support in Quotations, Order Processing in SAP / R3 and follow-up

Communication with internal departments, such as accounting and development, as well as direct customer contact

Coordination of the on-time billing of tools and development services

Customer support with regard to administrativ issues

Independent checking and preparation of sales data, e.g. analysis of delivery quantities

Qualifications :

Completed commercial apprenticeship

Initial professional experience or just starting your career

User knowledge of MS Office

Knowledge of SAP / R3 beneficial

Strong and professional communication skills, and as well as structured way of working and a high level of reliability and independent way of working

Very good knowledge of German, English desirable
