Development Manager! Responsabilités - Build a pipeline of new
Enterprise opportunities from the fortune 2000 - Field based
position with 60% of your time spent travelling and visiting
customers - Manage & develop assigned named end user accounts
within your region. - Ability to close opportunities in order to
achieve targets - Develop and execute the Account Strategy for all
end user accounts, including account plans - Introduce the latest
products and solutions to all opportunities - Support and deliver
training to consultants and specifiers in region where required. -
Conduct regular market analysis to determine the customer's needs -
Represent the company at trade shows, customer events and
association meetings - Collaborate across different business areas
in HID to efficiently deliver solutions to meet customer needs -
Maintain end user & consultant details, activities and
opportunities using CRM - Maintain up to date knowledge of all HID
Products and competitive products - Prepare and submit accurate
forecasts on a regular basis using the tools provided - Deliver
excellent customer service Profil - Bachelor's degree or Equivalent
Demonstrable ability to hit sales targets - Previous experience of
selling Physical Access Control solutions would be an advantage. -
Experience in a solution selling environment specifically Saas
and / or Cloud based licensing models would be desirable. -
Experience in using Salesforce or similar CRM,platform. - Excellent
communication and negotiation skills - Ability to work as a
self-starter, but also a work effectively as part of a team - Hands
on attitude with the ability to manage multiple projects,
successfully prioritizing - Ability to read and interpret technical
journals, specifications, international technical standards. -
Excellent Planning, Prioritizing and organization skills with the
ability to adhere to deadlines - Show good initiative and
enthusiasm - Work calmly under pressure - Customer first approach
with a clear can-do attitude. - Speak French, German, English
