Product Manager

Partners Group is searching for a Product Manager to join our Product Management team in Zug, Switzerland. The Product Management team is responsible for leading, coordinating and enabling a variety of activities throughout the lifecycle of various investment programs : driving timely and seamless launches, monitoring and ensuring high stakeholder satisfaction both with clients and service providers and taking the lead in the management of fund restructurings and winddowns. The successful candidate will be working within the European Product Management team in Zug, which is responsible for a wide range of investment programs ranging from our flagship private market funds to marketing leading Private Wealth solutions and bespoke separately managed accounts.

You will be part of the European Product Management team with the following responsibilities :

• Takes full ownership of the lifecycle of assigned products
• Ensures timely and seamless launch of funds, restructurings and winddowns in close collaboration with sales, structuring, operational teams and external service providers
• Has a clear understanding of private markets, fund structures as well as processes, roles, systems and responsibilities across the firm
• Proactively interacts with internal and external stakeholders and service providers to assess satisfaction, identify issues and independently implement robust solutions
• Solves complex operational issues involving several teams, finding win-win solutions thanks to excellent negotiation skills
• Liaises with internal stakeholders and acts as partner for sales in finding solutions for clients while representing operational capabilities assertively
• Leading team-relevant projects and contributes to business unit-relevant projects
• Reviews output of team members and trains less experienced Product Managers, delivers targeted education sessions for the wider team
