The Job
This is a fast-paced, business development role where you will work on several client projects at once. There is a clear focus on outcomes — leading to transferable skill development in project management, sales, negotiation, client relationship building, psychology and more. Execute targeted outbound campaigns to generate sales-ready leads for performance clients and book meetings for legacy clients you’re assigned to work with.Proactive outreach and follow-ups to prospects via the phone or with customised videosQualify prospects through needs analysis, budget and purchase authority (BANT)Logging interactions & documenting market feedback as well as insights in SalesOSManage and maintain the contact database by enriching data within the CRM (SalesOS)Focus on outcomes to meet weekly and monthly activity & sales targetsProvide weekly updates and insights to CSM / team lead for the monthly strategy meetingsBuilding strong relationships to ensure client satisfaction and retentionProvide customised recommendations & suggest an improvement for better resultsAttending weekly GC meetings and daily huddles to sync with other team membersStay up-to-date with the latest cold email outreach trends and implement best practicesContinuous improvements in the sales process and systems to ensure greater sales resultsThe Profile
