The role holder will be part of the Country Leadership team and will directly report to the Country Managing Director DACH. Your responsibilities
- Partner with the Country Managing Director and other senior leaders to facilitate an efficient overall HR service delivery as well as compliant people practices and policies in Switzerland
- Safeguard that the latest legislation requirements are covered in Hitachi Energy regulations within the country and in the respective branches
- Facilitates the understanding of the HR Operating Model across HR and other functions.
- Drive collaboration within the HR Function, creating a strong team spirit and engagement
- Partner with COEs and HRBPs contributing with a country view, promoting fair decision-making and considering overall impact in the country
- Ensure effective internal communication to all stakeholder-groups. Seeks and realizes opportunities for simplification and harmonization within country
- Drive our diversity 360 strategy and ensures a diverse and inclusive working environment
- Act as a Country Labor Relations Manager and ensures strong labor and key stakeholder relations internally and externally. Negotiates and agrees on all statutory types of compensation and benefits related changes
- Represent Hitachi Energy in the local Swiss environment and actively manages partnerships
Your background
Several years as Senior HR Business Partner supporting teams in Switzerland, Country HR Switzerland, or equivalent experience ideally within a fast-paced global organizationExcellent business understanding, negotiation and influencing skills as well as change managementDeep knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations in SwitzerlandKnowledge and expertise related to Swiss HR policies, processes and practices of Compensation and Benefits, Recruitment and Onboarding, Performance Management and Global MobilityStrong business / labor market understandingAssertiveness, interpersonal and communication skills with a proven ability to build positive relationships with multiple stakeholders with employees at all levels of the organizationLeadership without authorityCredibility and recognition of ethical behavioursFluency in German and English, French and / or Italian would be beneficial
