Founding Engineer

We are going deep on Rust because performance and safety matter at this level. You don't need to already be a Rust master, but you must have the drive and obsession to get there quickly. What matters most is motivation, speed of learning, and the hunger to solve problems nobody has solved before.

Tasks

You will be building distributed systems, high-performance infrastructure, and AI that doesn't just assist humans but makes decisions and executes them.
