Tasks

  • You are responsible for the entire procure-to-pay process. This includes ensuring compliance with all relevant guidelines, compliance requirements and internal controls.
  • By monitoring process KPIs and deriving appropriate recommendations for action, you guarantee an efficient and error-free process.
  • As a sub-project manager for the implementation of our new Oracle Cloud ERP system in the "Procure to Pay" area, you will coordinate the requirements analysis, provide training for the departments involved and ensure seamless system integration. Your project management skills are of central importance here.
  • You will drive the optimization of procurement processes by identifying bottlenecks and inefficiencies and developing improvement measures.
  • Your initiative always brings us the latest system features and best practices to take our processes to the next level.
  • You will be responsible for creating and evaluating regular reports on the procurement process. You will analyze data and trends to provide management with valuable insights and decision-making tools.
  • Identifying risks and opportunities helps to sharpen our strategic focus.

Requirements

  • You have a degree in business administration with a focus on business informatics, digital business or business process management, or have a comparable qualification.
  • You have several years of professional experience in business process management, preferably in the procure-to-pay sector
  • Experience in business transformation and change management as well as a technical affinity for digital processes characterize you.
  • Your analytical and conceptual skills are outstanding. You work in a structured, process-oriented manner and demonstrate a high degree of initiative, a sense of responsibility and decision-making skills.
  • As a team player with a reliable way of working, you actively communicate with all stakeholders to manage expectations and deliver important updates.
  • You can also communicate complex issues clearly and comprehensibly in English

    We are looking for a total of 5 Process Owners for our new end-to-end business processes.

    As part of our ERP implementation project Oracle Cloud, you will have the responsible task of sub-project management for "your" process. You are the responsible interface between our specialist departments, the project team and IT. This includes the implementation, design and continuous improvement of all processes. Even after the project has been completed, you will continue to be the contact person for the process across departments and develop it further on your own responsibility.
