This role is based in Greece.
You relocate for the season.
You live where others go on holiday.

YOUR ROLE IN THE KITCHEN
You are responsible for the pizza station.
That means : Dough preparation
Sauce preparation
Ingredient setup
Stretching, topping, baking
You work independently.
You understand timing.
You understand oven control.
You understand consistency.
This is not a beginner position.
WHAT YOUR DAY LOOKS LIKE
You prepare dough from scratch.
You manage your mise en place.
You bake pizzas during service — efficiently and consistently.
You ensure hygiene standards are followed.
You coordinate with the main kitchen team during busy hours.
Your station must run smoothly.
Guests may not see you —
but they taste your work.
AFTER THE SEASON
You leave with :
High-volume pizza production experience
International kitchen background

Requirements
WHAT YOU NEED
Previous experience as a Pizza Cook / Pizzaiolo is required.
You must know :
The full dough process
Fermentation basics
Proper stretching techniques
Oven handling
You work independently.
You communicate in English.
You stay calm during busy service.
