Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated Application Consultant to join our X-ray imaging team in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between our advanced imaging technology and healthcare providers, ensuring optimal utilization of our X-ray systems. This role combines technical expertise, clinical knowledge, and strong customer service skills to support distributors, train end users and contribute to product optimization.
Position Responsibilities :
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide technical and clinical support to both distributors and end customers regarding X-ray imaging applications across MEAR Region with focus on KSA.
- Conduct on-site and remote system demonstrations, training sessions, and workflow guidance for radiology staff and distributor teams.
- Assist distributors in addressing application-related queries and troubleshooting to ensure seamless customer support.
- Analyze customer workflows and recommend optimal system configurations to improve efficiency, image quality, and clinical outcomes.
- Collaborate with sales, service, and R&D teams to communicate distributor and customer feedback for product improvements.
- Prepare and deliver product presentations, user manuals, and training materials for distributors and end users.
- Stay updated on industry trends, clinical protocols, and emerging imaging technologies.
- Participate in product launches, workshops, and continuing education initiatives for distributors and healthcare providers.
- Self-training on Software changes
Required Skills & Education :
Bachelor’s degree in Radiology Technology, Medical Imaging, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field.Expert knowledge of X-ray imaging systems and medical imaging software.Strong understanding of radiology workflows, imaging protocols, and dose managementExcellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to interact effectively with both distributor teams and clinical stakeholders.Fluent in English and Arabic.
