Summary
The Human Resources Services Manager will ensure the smooth and efficient running of all the Human Resources Department and the implementation of Hyatt’s Human Resources Strategy and Leadership Expectations throughout the Regional Offices in Zurich, and in the EAME region.
HR Strategy, Budget & HR Leadership of the Zurich Office and other Regional Offices
- Oversee the effective implementation of all HR tactics related to HR Operations, Colleague Experience, Wellbeing, Total Rewards, DE&I and Staffing Budget for the Regional Office in Zurich
- Act as the HR Business Partner to office leaders in all employment related matters
- Manage and safeguard the HR processes and procedures for all regional offices in the region
Colleague Experience & Workplace
Responsible for the regular Colleague Experience Survey and supporting actionsDrive Colleague Experience measuresSupport with social and wellbeing activitiesLead any other HR activity supporting the workplace cultureDiversity, Equity, Inclusion
Implementation of Hyatt’s regional and global DEI strategy in the Zurich office and supporting local tacticsFollow-up and support Hyatt’s Opportunity Youth program RiseHyTraining, Learning & Development
Coordination and implementation of the L&D strategy in conjunction with the Director of Training & Development EAMEManage the colleague and leader onboarding program for the Zurich office.Regional and Global HR Management & Compliance
Collaboration and HR alignment with all regional offices in EAMEManage and follow through of all corporate HR requests regarding benefits, compensation, personnel data, insurance enrolments, etc for hotels and offices in the regionEmployment Contracting for the Zurich OfficeManagement of inter-company transfers in and out of Zurich Office, including visa applicationsProcess and support with any legally required and statutory reporting mattersOversee HR Analytics and any other business relevant HR metricMonitor compliance with HR P&Ps, relevant forms and administration approvalsLegal advisory support on applicable labour laws, including workplace safetyMonitor and safeguard compliance with applicable laws and regulations in SwitzerlandPayroll, Compensation and Benefits
Manage and administer benefit and salary gridsManage the annual salary review cycle and processPreparation and follow-up auditing of payroll accountingPreparation and support of income tax, social security audits, yearly external auditsManagement of the statutory reporting and certification system, i.e. Labour Agency, Pension Office, Health insurances, etcPoint of contact regarding social security and labour lawMaster data maintenance, monthly audits of HCM dataMonitor and administer company insurance schemesHR Systems
Act as point of contact for all HR related IT systems (HCM, learning platform, intranet, etc)Drive and design the new HR processes for the offices alignment to the new HR IT system (implementation and roll out in progress)Qualifications
Swiss Diploma in Human Resources ManagementUnderstanding of HR related laws and regulations in SwitzerlandMinimum three years’ experience with an international company in a similar positionStrong responsibility on matters of confidentiality and discretionCulturally sensitive, energetic, and reliableMature and confidential interaction with Senior ManagementGood writing and prose skills in German and EnglishStrong team player and organizer within the department
