Position Overview

The IT & Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the company’s IT infrastructure, cloud-based systems, and operational processes, while supporting the development and management of data-driven and AI-assisted systems used in food delivery and operational optimisation.

The role requires a hands-on, on-site presence and close coordination with management, kitchen teams, delivery partners, and external technology providers.

IT, Cloud & Systems Management

• Manage and maintain IT infrastructure and cloud-based operational systems
• Ensure stability, security, and performance of digital platforms and internal tools
• Coordinate system integrations with food delivery platforms and dispatching systems
• Support system scalability and operational reliability
