GSCF offers innovative SCF solutions to leading banks non-bank investors large suppliers and their buyers worldwide through its in-house developed platform.

Financial Operations Specialist

Our multicultural and dynamic team is responsible for the diligent management of the assigned program/s including client servicing service delivery exceptions processing program monitoring and risk reporting.

Tasks

• Responsible for the daily tasks within the program
• Monitoring the program processes
• Train programs stakeholders on GSCFs services and systems
• Evaluate and issue change requests and review them with the client
• Ensure agreements (statement of works changes requests authorization matrix function & notification matrixes) are implemented and monitored
• Ensure all program relevant manuals and procedures are updated regularly
• Timely reporting/escalating of risks exceptions incidents opportunities to the superior
• User acceptance testing of the new features to be released to production
• Develop and maintain professional relationship with the business partners
• Participate in potential projects

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Banking & Finance or relevant discipline
• Experience in Operations roles ideally within the supply chain finance trade finance or banking industry
• Fluent in English (written and oral); every additional language is an advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools especially in Excel
• Knowledge of Jira and Confluence and understanding of product development are beneficial
• High degree of accuracy and efficiency under set deadlines in a dynamic work environment
• Excellent analytical skills with a keen attention to detail and the ability to identify and resolve issues effectively
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders
• Proactive mindset with a willingness to take ownership of tasks and drive process improvements
