- Personnel and business-oriented management of the Orbit & Consumables category for insulin pump business.
- Independent management and further development of the category according to targets.
- Steering the result (P&L) according to the targets of the Product Area Infusion.
- Ensuring communication and operational day-to-day business between the interfaces of the Categories and surrounding departments.
- Independent planning of the personnel, technical and organisational development of the category based on the MTP and the innovation roadmap.
- Direct lead of product management & development team
- Partner Management with Traveling : max %. (Europe and overseas)
