ABOUT THE ROLE
Are you passionate about banking technology and committed to combatting financial crime? If so, we are looking for someone just like you to join us in Zürich in a position, which requires a mix of remote and on-site work in a hybrid model.
We are currently looking for an exceptional Flowable Engineer to strengthen our banking client's Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Department in Zürich. In this role, you will be instrumental in developing and maintaining effective AML solutions for cutting-edge process management operations.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement and maintain bespoke AML process solutions using the Flowable BPM platform
- Work closely with AML analysts and stakeholders to understand and transform business requirements into process designs and technical specifications
- Regularly review, refine and optimize AML process flow models to cater to evolving business needs and regulatory changes
- Troubleshoot system issues promptly, diagnosing root causes and providing robust technical solutions
- Conduct thorough system tests to ensure functionality, efficiency and compliance with AML regulations
- Sustain clear and extensive documentation of all AML process flows, modifications and technical procedures
- Actively collaborate with cross-functional teams, contributing to the broader technology and security strategies
Requirements
Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology or a related fieldSolid experience in systems, process or software engineering role, with a particular focus on Flowable or a similar BPM toolKnowledge of AML systems, guidelines, and regulatory complianceExceptional problem-solving skills, attention to detail and ability to work effectively under pressureStrong communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholdersExperience working in an Agile environmentFluent English skills are a must, German language skills are significant advantageOur Benefits Include
