Job description: Maintain accounts in our QUORUM software; Prepare closure of buildings under management; Prepare balance sheets; Monitor liquidity accounts and control accounts; Prepare individual statements for co-owners; Prepare budgets; Calculate and provide for General Assemblies of Co-properties as needed; Manage various works.
