Our mandate
For our Basel team we are looking for an
IT Building Operations System Administrator / Technician (f / m / d)
Your mission
- New user onboarding and training to end users
- Act as point of contact for building automation and process automation
- Responsible for the first level support to end users and Operations teams to provide
maintenance, support, and troubleshooting of IT components and infrastructure
Diagnose IT issues and connect with appropriate teams for resolution. Route Incidents / Requests to Informatics or specific vendors where appropriateManage vendor engagementsRecord incidents and requests in RoSe / SNow (ITSM Tool). Prioritize and ensure the resolution of incidents and requests, ensuring minimal disruption to operationEvaluate and test new technologies (hardware and software) when neededEnsure changes to IT systems are implemented smoothly and with minimal disruptionYour profile
Minimum education level is a bachelor's degree, preferably in a science or technology disciplineMinimum 3+ years technical IT experienceA focus on solution delivery, with excellent time management and organizational skillsExcellent interpersonal skills with your team, technical IT partners, and customersCommunicate effectively in both written and verbal form to non-technical audiencesA collaborative and growth mindsetKnowledge of animal facility operations and experience in the pharmaceutical industry is a plusFluent communication skills in English and GermanDetails
