AI Transformation Manager (m / f / d)

The AI Transformation Manager (m / f / d) plays a pivotal role in driving successful User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and change management activities for Policy IQ , an innovative AI-enabled application supporting underwriting, by carrying out the following task area :

• Leads the planning, setup, and execution of UAT in partnership with business and IT teams
• Communicates the Policy IQ roadmap, capabilities, testing approach, and rollout plan to relevant countries
• Collects and consolidates testing feedback, collaborating with developers and subject matter experts on enhancements
• Engages business units to embed Policy IQ into existing underwriting processes
• Designs and delivers training materials, including demo videos, user guides, and live training sessions
• Develops communication materials to support country rollout activities
• Monitors usage, supports countries in driving local adoption, and addresses resistance to change
• Gathers evidence of business benefits and reports outcomes to key stakeholders
• Continuously collects and synthesises user feedback to inform ongoing product improvements
