The AI Transformation Manager (m / f / d) plays a pivotal role in driving successful User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and change management activities for Policy IQ , an innovative AI-enabled application supporting underwriting, by carrying out the following task area :
- Leads the planning, setup, and execution of UAT in partnership with business and IT teams
- Communicates the Policy IQ roadmap, capabilities, testing approach, and rollout plan to relevant countries
- Collects and consolidates testing feedback, collaborating with developers and subject matter experts on enhancements
- Engages business units to embed Policy IQ into existing underwriting processes
- Designs and delivers training materials, including demo videos, user guides, and live training sessions
- Develops communication materials to support country rollout activities
- Monitors usage, supports countries in driving local adoption, and addresses resistance to change
- Gathers evidence of business benefits and reports outcomes to key stakeholders
- Continuously collects and synthesises user feedback to inform ongoing product improvements
The ideal candidate demonstrates the following profile :
Successfully completed bachelor's degree in business administration, Information Technology, Insurance, or a related discipline.Change management certifications (e.g., Prosci, ACMP, or similar)Project management certification (e.g., PMP, Prince2) or Agile / Scrum credentials.Minimum 3 to 4 years of experience as a Change Manager delivering global transformation and software rollouts in virtual, multicultural environments, preferably within commercial insurance or financial servicesStrong communication and presentation skills, experience creating multimedia training content, and high proficiency in standard business software (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)Fluency in English; additional languages are a plusProven ability to design and execute change management strategies, including communications, training, and stakeholder engagement, to drive adoptionHands-on experience planning and managing User Acceptance Testing (UAT) across multiple countries or business units, in collaboration with business and IT teamsFamiliarity with commercial insurance underwriting processes, AI-driven or digital initiatives, and tools for collecting and analyzing user feedbackThis offer is for an AI Transformation Manager (m / f / d) to lead hands-on UAT, change management, and the global rollout of an AI-powered underwriting application within a globally operating insurance company.
