We are now inviting suitable candidates to apply for the position of

CARGO OPERATIONS AGENT ( m / f / d)%

for our Cargo Office at Zurich Airport (ZRH)

Your Role :

• Provide customer service through the reservation system and other communication channels
• Prepare flight and truck plans for ground handling agent
• Control cargo space ex Switzerland
• Perform in-house sales duties
• Monitor and supervise the handling / ramp operations
• Assist on any administrational / operation / sales duties
• Dealing with all customer service matters including complaints and claims

Requirements / Competences :

The position is to be filled as soon as possible.
