We are currently assisting our client in their search to hire an OT Security Specialist (m / w / d) in Nyon. As an OT Network and Cybersecurity Specialist, you will play a critical role in maintaining, troubleshooting, and optimizing operational technology networks in industrial environments.
You will work-closely with cross-functional teams, ensuring the seamless integration of automation systems, network security, and real-time communication between devices and systems.
Your Responsibilities :
- OT Network and Cybersecurity Support (including cybersecurity risk guidance - "Archer")
- Assistance in adding / changing / modifying OT Systems (Servers, Devices, etc.) - Moving / Adding / Changing / Deleting
- Guidance in provisioning, patching and upgrading systems (PLCs, Servers, OT Workstations)
- System Architecture Support (IP, segmentation, etc.)
- Assist in maintaining site asset lists and network architecture diagrams.
- Manage ServiceNOW OT Assets.
- Collaborate with end users, operational teams, and IT personnel to effectively address network-related challenges.
- Ensure proper network segmentation and implementation of security measures to protect critical OT assets.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of network configurations and changes.
- Collaborate with the security team to implement and enforce security policies and protocols.
- Participate in security audits and vulnerability assessments of OT networks.
Your profile :
Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent practical experienceHands-on experience with industrial automation-systems and field devices is a plusFamiliarity with industrial communication protocols (e.g., Modbus, Profibus, OPC) and industrial networking equipment.Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and best practicesPrevious experience in a Consumer Health Manufacturing Facility a plusStrong problem-solving and analytical skillsFluent in English and French#LI-Hybrid
