HR / Payroll Specialist vacancy requiring profound Swiss Labor law knowledge for a globally operating Baden based company in the energy sector .
Your tasks :
- Delivering payroll-related tasks in accordance with regulations and overseeing maintenance of payroll records
- Closing assigned Company Codes monthly and checking month-end reports
- Actioning the payroll run in selected months during the year
- Handling employee inquiries, internal stakeholders and authorities concerning payroll deductions and accruals, withholding tax and social security
- Processing international school payments and invoice while also administering Expats, under consideration of all aspects
- Supporting with annual processes such as bonus and salary review
Your experience / knowledge :
3+ years of experience in Swiss HR / PayrollThorough understanding of Swiss Payroll, Swiss tax, Swiss social security and Swiss labour lawHands-on competency with SAP HR, including OMProficiency in Microsoft Office particularly Excel, Word and OutlookLanguage skills : German and English – fluent in written and spokenYour soft skills :
Strong analytical, problem solving, control and customer servicing skills desiredProven ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and effectively drive resultsLocation : Baden, Switzerland
