For our estimated client, we are looking for an experienced HR Generalist.
Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR professional to support all HR activities for our Swiss office. The role focuses on HR administration, payroll coordination, and compliance, ensuring alignment with Group HR standards and full adherence to Swiss employment laws.
This is a hands-on position within an international and multi-entity environment, where you will work closely with managers and employees across the full employee lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
HR Operations, Administration & Payroll
Support and manage day-to-day HR administration for the Swiss office.
Maintain accurate employee records, contracts, and HR documentation.
Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes.
Prepare and validate payroll inputs, including salary changes, bonuses, and benefits, in collaboration with Finance and external payroll providers.
Ensure compliance with local regulations and internal policies.
Assist with compensation and benefits administration.
Compliance & Labor Law
Support the application of Swiss labor law and HR best practices.
Ensure employment contracts, policies, and processes comply with local legislation.
Assist with audits and statutory reporting.
Stay updated on labor law changes and communicate relevant updates internally.
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Support the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.
Work closely with hiring managers to define job requirements.
Prepare employment offers and manage probation reviews.
Employee Relations & Performance
Act as a first point of contact for employee queries and HR-related matters.
Support employee relations processes, including disciplinary and grievance procedures.
Assist with performance management and development initiatives.
HR Projects & Continuous Improvement
Contribute to the implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Support HR projects and employee engagement initiatives.
Identify opportunities to improve processes and reporting.
Coordination & International Collaboration
Collaborate with Group HR and other international stakeholders.
Support mobility, travel compliance, and expatriate administration when required.
Prepare HR reports and data analysis.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
4–5 years of HR experience, ideally in an international or multi-country environment.
Good knowledge of Swiss employment law and HR administration.
Experience in payroll coordination and employee relations.
Fluency in English and Italian; German and / or French are a plus.
