• Sie führen unser Kundenservice Team in der Otisline in Fribourg

• Sie entwickeln diesen Bereich kontinuierlich zu einem leistungsstarken Customer Care Center und tragen somit wesentlich zur Verbesserung der Kundenloyalität bei

• Sie agieren als wichtige Schnittstelle zu unseren Sales & Field Teams

• Sie sorgen für einen sicheren Betrieb unserer Notrufzentrale

• Sie sind dafür verantwortlich dass die Entsendung unserer Monteure rasch und effizient erfolgt

• Sie etablieren kundenorientierte Prozesse in Abstimmung mit den globalen Richtlinien Abstimmung mit unseren Geschäftsstellen.

• Sie stellen sicher dass Kundenfeedback erfasst wird um Verbesserungen voranzutreiben

• Sie stellen sicher dass ihr Team kompetent geschult und engagiert ist

• Sie treiben Prozess- und Effizienzverbesserungen voran

• Sie coachen und unterstützen Ihre Teammitglieder um die gemeinsamen Ziele zu erreichen

• Sie managen interne Projekte und implementieren Systeme & Tools in enger Abstimmung mit unserem DT-Team

IHRE TALENTE ZUM ERFOLG

• Hohe Serviceorientierung und kundenorientiertes Mindset

• Mindestens 2 Jahre Erfahrung im Bereich Kundenservice idealerweise in einer führenden Rolle

• Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Führungsfähigkeiten

• Grundkenntnisse über den Betrieb eines Call Centers

• Sie verkörpern die Werte von Otis und fördern Inklusion und Teamzusammenhalt

• Verantwortungsbewusstsein und eine proaktive Haltung bei der Übernahme von Aufgaben

• Inspirierendes Mindset mit der Fähigkeit andere zu begeistern und zu motivieren

• Konfliktlösungsfähigkeit Verhandlungsgeschick und Durchsetzungsvermögen

• Dreisprachig: Exzellente Deutsch- Französisch- und Englischkenntnisse Italienisch ein Plus
