up to pay group 13 TV-L (if the collective agreement and personal requirements are met)

Your tasks :

Management of the project portfolio of digitization projects :

  • Coordination of the alignment of the project portfolio with the strategic goals and guidelines of the university
  • Process improvement, identification and implementation of best practices
  • Planning and implementation of quality standards for all projects
  • Analysis of change needs and requirements and support in strategy development and implementation

    • Deputy management of the project to introduce an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system :

  • Supporting the project management and sub-project management in the execution of project tasks
  • Representation of the project management

    • Your profile :

  • University degree (Bachelor's, Master's or Diploma) with expertise in at least one of the following areas : Science management, business informatics, quality management, e-government, organizational management and change management
  • Extensive knowledge and several years of professional experience in the context of digitization projects
  • High strategic thinking ability
  • High analytical ability, the ability to work conceptually and to present complex issues simply to decision-makers and users from outside the field, as well as a confident manner and excellent communication skills

    • Personal skills :

    Please send us an informative CV including a self-assessment of your key competencies in the areas of 'project management', 'change management', 'communication' and 'teamwork'. Carry out the assessment based on a scale from 1 (low competence level) to 5 (very high competence level).

    Desirable are :

  • Portfolio management skills, including the identification, evaluation and prioritization of projects
  • Knowledge of IT and digitalization projects in the context of ERP systems and / or other systems
  • Knowledge and experience in process management and IT-supported process modeling
  • Experience in the management of digitalization projects
  • Experience with change processes and in organizational development
