CONSTRUCTION MANAGER (Bauleiter)
We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager with over 10 years of expertise, specifically within the pharmaceutical industry. The role is based in Schaffhuausen with a global client of ours. The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on security, ensuring that all construction processes adhere to the budget, safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise the construction process for buildings and infrastructure, ensuring compliance with project plans and specifications.
- Oversee and provide direction to the Construction Management firm, General Contractors, subcontractors, and vendors. Act as the liaison between engineering, architects, and suppliers.
- Manage resources, scope, planning work schedules, and construction phasing and sequencing.
- Monitor building progress and costs, ensuring project stays on schedule and within budget.
- Ensure high standards in deliveries and workmanship by conducting regular quality checks.
- Maintain and promote a safe site, ensuring compliance with all safety regulations and protocols.
- Support technical discussions, manage changes, and propose construction methods that align with project goals.
