The Management of Change (MoC) Internship is responsible for and manages the application of Skyguide's management of change framework in key projects / programs in Skyguide and drives the automation of the workflow.
Your responsibilities :
- Learning about the MoC framework of Skyguide, planning and supporting in delivering the MoC Lunch & Learn events and other trainings
- Attending meetings on Go / No Go criteria, Core Team meetings, OPS Coordination Days, capturing data and timely updating the change impact assessments
- Preparing the people transition and post go live support plans and creating presentation, surveys and other material needed for managing the people side of change
- Keeping dashboards about operational engagement and change readiness up to date
- Preparing people adoption plan and defining KPIs for adoption
- Presenting plans to the Release teams and other key stakeholders
Your profile :
Degree in either of management, engineering, science, applied psychology or business administrationProven track record in managing change and interest and knowledge about transformation and people side of changePrevious internship / volunteering or other work experience in a company / organizationAbility to take initiative and work autonomously and analytical mindset, critical thinking, problem-solvingHighly skilled in the Microsoft Office 365 (MO365) suite, including advanced features of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, experience with Power BI is a plusUnderstanding and experienced in using and embedding AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Copilot, Claude, Gemini) in daily workflow to automate repetitive tasksFluent in English, good command in German or French is a plusLocation : Geneva
