We are seeking a Sales Manager to lead our Electrophysiology division playing a key role in expanding our market presence and delivering innovative solutions to our customers. Objectives of the Position
Achieving growth objectives through effective coaching of the sales team and strong project management
Developing and implementing a strategic business plan for sustainable growth in the area
Coaching developing inspiring and recruiting sales and clinical team
Building and cultivating long-term internal and external (customer) relationships
Implementing the company goals in the business area
Participation in conferences seminars and customer events (domestic and international)
Leading a large sales & clinical team and working closely with other sales related functions
Responsible for employee management (e.g. performance management employee development etc.) and communication
Qualifications
Strong knowledge of MedTech and of the product and the industry is preferred .
Ability to analyze market trends and competitive landscape to inform strategy.
