Project’s aim :

We are looking for a motivated and field-oriented student to assist in optimizing our industrial flows, from external warehouses to manufacturing lines. This optimization will be based on data collected from the field and SAP analyses, as well as explorations of technical and process innovations.

Role Overview :

This position offers practical experience in industrial strategy, supply chain management, flow modelling, and warehousing activities. You will work closely with various departments to ensure a unified vision for the plant’s future layout.

Duration : 6 months

Project’s Course of Action :

• Support the development of future material flow, plant, and warehouse layout.
• Lead data gathering and analysis.
• Develop simulations to support efficient layout designs and future operation workflows.
• Collaborate with the project manager to coordinate the completion of key tasks and deliverables.
• Organize and lead milestone presentations.
• Interact directly with an external partner company to support flow improvement.
• Facilitate the exchange of data and information between our organization and the partner company to ensure alignment and shared goals.
• Identify and explore new opportunities to improve logistics and operational efficiency.
• Lead ad hoc initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
• Help create and maintain project documentation.
• Facilitate reporting to ensure clear communication and traceability of project progress.
