In this role,  you will build leadership capability across all levels by designing, delivering, and continuously improving programs that align with WIK’s purpose, values, and leadership principles .

How you’ll shape our future

• Leadership Development : Design and deliver leadership and high-potential journeys for all levels, using modern adult learning methodologies to make personal development stick.
• Talent & Succession : Strengthen talent reviews and performance management and ensure visibility of leadership pipelines and succession plans with talent maps.
• Talent Mobility & Processes :   Build and optimize talent mobility frameworks and career processes that strengthen leadership pipelines, enable cross-functional capability exchange, and match the right talent to the right opportunities and projects.
• Partnership :   Work closely with Leaders and local People Development Partners to identify skill gaps and support the upskilling across our organization.
• Impact & Innovation : Measure program outcomes with data and feedback, adapt initiatives to business needs, and bring in fresh ideas by staying ahead of leadership and development trends.

You will join the company as a member of the Organizational Development team, reporting to and working closely with the Global Head of OD in driving and delivering the objectives of this newly created role.

After your onboarding phase with virtual or in-person interaction with our global locations in China, Indonesia, Germany, and Macedonia, your main workplace will be in our newly established office located in the historic heart of Lucerne, Switzerland.
