Internship - Operational Excellence (m / f / d)

Start date : as soon as possibleDuration : minimum 6 monthsLocation :  Corsier-sur-Vevey, Switzerland As an intern in Operational Excellence department, you will assist the Project Manager of the team in implementing the new transversal and strategical initiatives on the site.Your missions will be to developp and implement one of our priorities : 1. Lean Project : Identify and improve waste in order to reduce the end to end process leadtime2. Lean Performance : Improve our performance management, problem solving method and lean leadership on site Your profile : You are in 3rd or 4th year of college graduate program preferably in pharma, biotech, engineering.Lean / agile and Digital knowledge (microsoft Power Bi & Automate, …) are an advantage.Natural leadership and organizational skills.Professionalism, customer focus, and analytics skills.Great communication skills, oral and written (English and French) Please note that only candidates currently undertaking their studies are eligible for an intern position.
