Technical Analyst CMS

For one of our clients a private bank in Geneva, we are recruiting for a long term assignement, a Technical Analyst CMS who is open-minded and client-oriented, is passionate about his work, who believes in success and has a strong team spirit. Are you looking for you next challenging position?

Responsibilities :

As a Technical Analyst CMS you analyse and document CLM and CRM workflows for improvement. Moreover, you provide technical support (Lotus Notes application) and you ensure system stability and performance. In addition you troubleshoot and resolve issues (CLM / CRM). You also develop and customize CLM and CRM systems, and you support the migration of legacy systems (Lotus Notes) to modern platforms. Besides, you ensure all enhancements align with IT architecture and standards. You define and document test plans and scenarios, you support User Acceptance Testing. You facilitate workshops and meetings, you identify opportunities to streamline and automate CLM and CRM process. Finally, you propose and implement solutions to improve system, efficiency and user experience.

Profile :

• Bachelor in IT
• Experience in similar position (private banking a plus)
• Experience in modern CRM platforms (Salesforce or MS Dynamics)
• Excellent knowledge in Lotus Notes
• Excellent knowledge in CRM / CLM
• Good knowledge in data migration tools and techniques
• Knowledge in scripting (Python, VBA)
• Swiss residence : mandatory
