Within the Solutions, Pension and Personal Insurance division, we are looking for a highly motivated, rigorous, and curious Business Analyst, working between 80 and 100%, ready to invest in demanding projects, with the desire to progress and actively contribute to the quality of the solutions developed and delivered in this stimulating environment. We offer you the opportunity to join the Personal Insurance Service (AP), responsible for designing, developing, delivering, and maintaining several solutions related to claims, mainly for Personal Insurance (LAA and PGM). The position is open to intermediate and experienced candidates. Your missions include : Identifying and gathering stakeholder needs; Translating business needs into solutions and writing User Stories; Actively participating in Agile ceremonies; Documenting processes and implemented solutions; Defining deliverable criteria with stakeholders; Supporting developers during phases to ensure understanding of needs; Supporting the tester during system testing phases (ST, SIT); Assisting during the acceptance and deployment phase; Contributing your experience to optimize working methods, analysis, requirements gathering, and value discovery within the team; Analyzing and qualifying incidents in Production. Your profile : Technical skills (Hard skills) : Higher education diploma such as HES, ETH, UNI in a relevant field or equivalent; Skills in analyzing business and technical needs (functional and non-functional requirements) and in writing User Stories, functional specifications, and test plans; Confirmed experience in business and technical processes using BPMN; Knowledge of databases and data modeling principles; Excellent command of French and at least a B2 level in English. Behavioral skills (Soft skills) : Effectively collaborate within a team and communicate with diverse stakeholders; Work independently, with rigor and a sense of responsibility; Work in Agile mode (Scrum) and understand roles and responsibilities; Exhibit positive leadership and facilitate the emergence of needs to build shared solutions; Show curiosity and analytical mindset to understand additional aspects.
