Your impact
• Lead and manage HR evaluation and consulting projects
• Contribute to projects in job evaluation and HR strategy
• Develop HR strategies and target operating models for future ready organizations
• Deliver national and international HR initiatives including process optimization, efficiency assessments, and upskilling reskilling concepts
• Drive business development, sales activities, and expand the consulting team
• Coach junior consultants and contribute to their career development
• Act as a trusted advisor in organisation and HR consulting
Your skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR Management, or equivalent
• 5 to 8 years in HR consulting, with project management experience
• Strong analytical and creative problem solving abilities
• Familiarity with HR strategies, policies, and processes
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills in German and English
