Receptionist - Development & Promotion at 50% (CDM X As a Receptionist, you represent our establishment at external events such as fairs, counters, markets or you are primarily responsible for personalized advice during events, with the aim of enhancing the institution's missions and responding specifically to customer needs while promoting the insurance services offered. You are also responsible for follow-up after each event (updating client data, transmitting requests). Your profile? You hold a vocational diploma in sales or commerce; holding the AFA is an asset. You have experience in the field of insurance, services, reception, advice or promotion. Experience in event management is an advantage. You are fluent in French and comfortable with common office tools as well as specific tools such as CRM X. Additional language skills are appreciated. With excellent customer service, advising, and sales skills, you know how to analyze customer needs and propose tailored solutions. You demonstrate strong persuasion skills, thoroughness, and great autonomy. Stress-resistant, responsible, and public service-oriented, you are flexible and available to work weekends and according to varying hours. Interested?
