Your responsibilities : - Ensure sorting, unpacking, and assembling of different raw materials - Prepare using mincing, mixing, or injecting machines - Separate the spices specific to each recipe - Handle goods at each stage and enter data in the system - Disassemble and clean the various machines used - Work in cold storage and hours are organized in teams, generally from 5 : 00 AM to 2 : 00 PMYour profile : - Education : Completed vocational training (CFC) as a butcher / charcutier or equivalent - Professional experience : Experience in the food sector - Very autonomous, conscientious, and organized - Proficient in tools (MS Excel, SAP) - Flexibility in work hours and good physical condition (cold work) - French (fluent)What we offer you : - 18 weeks of vacation / equitable leave : Loyalty and anniversary bonuses from CHF 250.- to CHF 1,500.- and paid leave from 5 to 40 days - Professional insurance : Loss of earnings insurance due to illness - Social benefits : Collective Labor Agreement - Micarna employee menus cost between CHF 5.- and CHF 7.-.
