Integration Engineer banking

To reinforce the  Synechron Switzerland  team we are seeking expressions of interest from experienced professionals to join our team. We are looking for an  Integration Engineer to work on the implementation of the monitoring and fraud detection solution software.

Responsibilities :

• Leading the full technical implementation  of monitoring and fraud detection solution software for customers.
• Understanding customer needs  and design solutions that meet them.
• Installing configurating and testing the platform  to ensure high performance and reliability.
• Helping customers learn how to use the solution effectively.
• Providing technical support (levels 13)  when needed.
• Working closely with internal teams  such as Project Management Presales and R&D.
• Supporting pre-sales activities  such as RFPs and proof-of-concept projects.
