Position Summary

As a Marketing Administrative Assistant, you will provide high quality & proactive administrative support to the Global Marketing Team. You will be one of a small team of administrative assistants enabling to the total Group Marketing department.

A Day in the Life of a Marketing Administrative Assistant

• Proactively coordinate and manage the agenda, prioritize, organize and prepare meetings with the appropriate attendance and pre-read
• Manage a variety of administrative activities; exercise initiative and judgement in handling important enquiries
• Prepare communications, draft memos, routine & basic correspondence, short notes or other documents, using microsoft word, spreadsheets, database or presentation software
• Organize and coordinate logistics of internal and external events / workshops / conferences
• Organize and coordinate travels
• Manage budget & prepare and follow up Purchase Requests (PR / PO)
• Prepare induction programs & give administrative support for arrivals and departures
