Education & Officials Programmes Administrator

Purpose of the Role

Reporting to the Manager of the Veterinary Department, the candidate will mainly provide administrative and coordination support on all matters related to the education and management of FEI Officials administered by the FEI Veterinary Department.

Key Responsibilities

Coordination & Administration :

  • Assist the Veterinary Manager / Director in coordinating departmental activities.
  • Monitor and respond to internal and external queries.
  • Organise and support routine departmental meetings.
  • Serve as the focal point for invoicing related to Veterinary Courses.
  • Contribute to special tasks and projects as required by the Veterinary Manager / Director.

Education & Certification :

  • Manage and standardise the delivery of veterinary education content and courses.
  • Coordinate FEI Veterinary Courses in collaboration with National Federations and Course Directors.
  • Oversee certification processes and maintain systems for FEI Officials.
  • Support the National Head Veterinarians (NHVs) community and their education.
  • Communication & Information Dissemination :

  • Monitor and improve departmental projects, ensuring clear communication through web pages, newsletters, and updates.
  • Maintain effective communication with veterinary officials and National Federations.
  • Position Requirements

  • Bachelor degree or CFC degree
  • Proven administrative experience or in a similar role in another sports organisation
  • Fluency in English. French is a plus
  • Computer literate. Excellent command of Microsoft Office
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with others at all levels
  • Strong writing and communication skills
  • Strong team player, discrete with a strong service mindset
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
